Julien Mcinally is the current Chief Financial Officer at Strategic Minerals. Prior to this, they were the Chief Financial Officer at Anteo Diagnostics from August 2017 to February 2019. During their time there, they completed the sale of a subsidiary biotech company for 16 million Euros, allowing the company to repay its debt and focus on a renewed strategy. Julien also negotiated a shareholder and board agreement within two weeks, reducing a prolonged value destructive dispute and allowing the company to focus on strategy. Prior to Anteo Diagnostics, Julien was the Chief Financial Officer at Robust Resources Limited from June 2011 to May 2014. During their time there, they completed a financial model for the feasibility of a nickel, cobalt, scandium project in Northern Queensland, advising the Board on a phased approach to project development that reduced the capital hurdle by 750 thousand to 250 million US dollars while maintaining a positive NPV project and IRR of 15%. Julien also managed the system selection process of an ERP system, implemented the system (exobusiness) on time and budget across multiple jurisdictions, resulting in a reduction of reporting time frames from 10 days to 4 days.
Julien Mcinally has a Bachelor of Business from Queensland University of Technology and is a Certified Practicing Accountant. Julien also has a Master of Business Administration from Queensland University of Technology.
