Ken Smith

Ken Smith is a distinguished leader with extensive experience in education and workforce development. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Strategic Partnerships, LLC since 2003, Ken has successfully driven an average annual growth rate of 20 percent while overseeing strategic design and management of employment and business development initiatives. As the Founder and President/CEO of Jobs for America's Graduates (JAG), Ken established the nation’s largest school-to-work transition program for at-risk youth, leading a national Board of Directors involving prominent political and business leaders. Previous roles include Chief Executive Officer of Frontline Global Resources and Founder/CEO of International Management and Development Group, as well as President/CEO of Jobs for Delaware Graduates. Ken also contributed to educational policy as Chief Advisor for Education under Governor Pete S. duPont IV. Ken holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from American University.
