Ann-Marie Bomba is an experienced executive in the property management and multifamily investment sectors, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of Strategic Properties since July 2023. Prior to this role, Ann-Marie founded and led TAM Residential as President from December 2015 to July 2023, where innovative multifamily asset management techniques were developed to enhance investment value and achieve superior returns. Ann-Marie also held key positions such as Regional Director at Mosaic Residential and Investment Manager at Pinnacle Realty, alongside earlier roles as District Manager at Southwest Housing and CAPSTONE REAL ESTATE SERVICES, INC.
