Barbara Perez Deppman

Barbara Perez Deppman, RDMS, MSM, FACHE, is chief operating officer of Strategic Radiology. She was previously the executive director of Radiology Associates of South Florida (RASF), a multi-specialty group based in Miami. Prior to RASF, Ms. Deppman headed the Radiology, Radiation Oncology and Women’s Breast Clinical services departments at University of Miami/Jackson Health System, one of the largest radiology divisions in the nation, with responsibility for 400 employees and led a number of digital transformations for the health system. Ms. Deppman has consulted in the hospityal and ambulatory health care fields on streamlined workflows, improved quality of care, and increased productivity. Areas of expertise include mobile imaging, teleradiology, physician services, PACS and voice recognition across state lines, and CON restrictions. Ms. Perez Deppman has served as a president of the South Florida Chapter of the American College of Healthcare Executive (ACHE), of which she is a fellow, currently sits on the New Mexico Healthcare Executive Board (ACHE), and chairs the RBMA’s Advanced Education Subcommittee.
