Kevin Casteel

Kevin Casteel has held various roles in the real estate industry, starting in 2008 with the Marietta Country Club's Professional Service Department. Kevin then worked as the Financial Services Manager and Accounting Manager at Riverside Property Management from 2011 to 2013. Kevin served as the Director of Finance for TL Hunt Development Inc. in Tampa, Florida from 2013 to 2015. From 2016 to 2020, they were the Development Manager for Panattoni Development Company's Atlanta office, where they managed projects and built relationships in the southeast market. In 2020, Kevin joined Strategic Real Estate Partners as Principal and Director of Development, overseeing various aspects of the business.

Kevin Casteel attended Kennesaw State University from 2008 to 2012, where they pursued a degree in Finance with a focus on Finance, Accounting, and Management. In 2012, they also obtained a Georgia Licensed Real Estate Salesperson certification from the Barney Fletcher School of Real Estate.
