Dr. Elmer Castillo

Dr. Elmer Castillo, CMPC, is a seasoned professional in performance psychology, currently serving as a Master Resilience Trainer-Performance Expert at Strategic Resources, Inc. and as a Master Coach at Mursion. As the CEO and Founder of Elite Consulting, Dr. Castillo specializes in leadership development and resilience training. Previous experience includes roles at Magellan Federal and Valor Performance, where expertise in leadership and coaching was honed. Academic contributions were made as Adjunct Assistant Professor and Visiting Assistant Professor at Saint Francis University, as well as Adjunct Faculty at John F. Kennedy University. Dr. Castillo holds a PhD in Performance Psychology from Florida State University, along with a Master's in Exercise Physiology and a Bachelor's in Health Services from the University of Central Florida and Kaplan University, respectively.
