Leadership Team

The current leadership team at Strategic Retirement Partners has a wealth of experience in the financial industry. Partners Ryan Blair and Matt Cooper have worked with retirement plans for over 15 years. Mr. Blair began his career as a Registered Representative at Charles Schwab and later Fidelity Investments. He then moved to Austin Financial Partners where he served as Senior Client Services Analyst and Director of Retirement Plan Services. Mr. Cooper's experience includes working as a Retirement Plan Specialist and Partner at PlanWise Financial Group. The team is completed by Associate Partner Eric Tishler, who holds a degree in Economics and Finance from The University of Texas at Dallas.
