Laura Elliott

Laura Elliott is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various roles across Europe. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager for Strategic Risk Solutions since March 2023, Laura previously held the position of Human Resources Officer at IAM Advisory from March 2015 to March 2023. Prior to this, Laura dedicated time to family responsibilities from June 2007 to February 2015, and held the title of Group Human Resources Manager at AP Group from November 2003 to May 2007, where responsibilities included establishing the HR function for a multi-jurisdictional recruitment consultancy. Laura's career began in executive recruitment, focusing on senior candidates in diverse markets. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of Bath and a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Surrey, complemented by foundational education from The Ladies' College in Guernsey.
