Jeff Stasi

Jeff Stasi has extensive experience in technical support and management within the retail and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as a Help Desk professional at Strategic Solutions since April 2012, Jeff provides level 1 technical support for Point of Sale software and manages network connectivity for multiple devices. Prior to this role, Jeff was a Manager at Office Depot, where responsibilities included coaching staff and resolving technical issues for customers. Additionally, Jeff worked at U.S. Cellular as a Tier 3 Wireless Data Technical Services specialist, overseeing helpdesk support and managing voice and data routing systems.
