Amanda "Mandie" Hall

Amanda "Mandie" Hall has worked in various roles in the Quality Assurance field since 2000. Amanda "Mandie" began their career at CARFAX as a Data Source Specialist, where they assisted the Data Product Support manager and the Data Department on data quality enhancement projects through report testing. Amanda "Mandie" then joined Staples in 2013 as a Principal Analyst Quality Management: Quality Management Center of Excellence, where they created and conducted a thorough quality maturity assessment of over 74 software delivery teams. Amanda "Mandie" was also responsible for implementing action plans for all delivery teams with the goal of increasing the quality assessment score. In addition, they managed/led large onshore/offshore QA manual and automation resources teams, leading multiple QM projects simultaneously. In 2018, they joined Strategic Solutions Group (SSG) as a Quality Assurance Manager, Product Owner/Lead Quality Assurance Engineer and Quality Assurance Lead. In these roles, they collaborated directly with the clients to define new features and technical user stories for the MIIS system, acted as a stakeholder, and worked closely with the development team to ensure the output was aligned with expectations. Amanda "Mandie" also lead software demos for the client.

Amanda "Mandie" Hall has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Maine and attended Northern Virginia Community College from 2001-2003, studying Computer Science.
