Melinda Chin

Melinda Chin has been working in the IT industry since 2004. Melinda began their career as an Executive Assistant at Jabil in 2004. In 2006, they moved to Nationwide Services Group Ltd as a Business Analyst/Sales Support. Here, they created personalized price lists to existing clients quarterly, based on order volume analysis, and supported the sales team by preparing sales quotes and hire contracts. In 2010, they joined Hewlett-Packard as a Business Analyst III and was the lead Business Analyst for several core modules such as Classification, Medical Scheduling, and Programs. In the same year, they also worked as a Fulfillment Coordinator at Xyratex International, coordinating daily fulfillment issues related to sales orders, representing customers in daily meetings and communicating schedules to the customer, and ensuring accuracy of documentation including shipping, invoicing and finance systems. In 2014, Melinda Chin joined Strategic Solutions Group (SSG) as a Senior Business Analyst/Consultant focusing on public sector client IT initiatives. Her projects included the Massachusetts Department of Public Health - Immunization Information System, where they were responsible for requirements elicitation and management, and change management.

Melinda Chin attended Nyiregyhazi Foiskola from 2002 to 2005, studying Agricultural Engineering. Melinda had previously attended Szent Laszlo Kozgazdasagi Szakkozepiskola from 1995 to 1999, where they studied Economics. Melinda also obtained a Certified Business Analysis Professional\u2122 from the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) in March 2015.
