Cathy R. has over 24 years of experience in technical recruiting. Cathy started their career as a Technical Recruiter at Spherion in 1997 and then moved to Venturi Technology Partners as a Senior Technical Recruiter in 2001. In 2004, they joined Adecco Engineering & Technical as a Senior Recruiter before eventually joining Strategic Staffing Solutions in 2008. At Strategic Staffing Solutions, they held various roles including Senior Technical Recruiter and is currently serving as the Lead Technical Recruiter. Cathy has extensive experience recruiting and managing IT and Business consultants for customers in various industries such as finance, energy, public sector, and retail distribution.
