Umer Akram

Umer Akram has a comprehensive work experience spanning over a decade. Umer started their career at Sublime Technologies as a Software Engineer in December 2007. In this role, they served as the initial point of contact for problem resolutions, gathered requirements for gap analysis, and performed requirements analysis.

In November 2010, Umer joined NetSol Technologies Inc. as a Principal Software Engineer. Here, they worked as a technical lead, gathering requirements for gap analysis and new functionality for the LeaseSoft product. Umer ensured compliance with project delivery schedules and resolved issues to enhance client satisfaction.

Since March 2013, Umer has been working at Strategic Systems International as a Staff Engineer. As a team lead and Senior Business Intelligence developer, they have been involved in monitoring the design and development of applications database, data warehouse, and OLAP databases. Umer has also contributed to the evaluation, design, and development of data warehouse, ETL, dashboards, and reports. Additionally, they interact with clients to collate and evaluate requirements.

Umer Akram pursued their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Central Punjab from 2002 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained a certification in Essential Management Skills for Aspiring Team Leaders from People Excellence in January 2016.
