The Operations and Logistics team at Strategic Technology Institute Inc. manages the supply chain processes, ensuring efficient storage, transportation, and distribution of critical components and equipment for various projects. Team members include a Warehouse Specialist who oversees inventory management, a Supply Chain Technician responsible for optimizing logistics operations, a Tool And Parts Attendant who maintains tools and equipment, and a Site Manager who coordinates overall site operations to ensure timely delivery and support for DoD and other government contracts.
