Project and Program Management

The Project and Program Management team at Strategic Technology Institute Inc. oversees the planning, execution, and completion of various projects and programs supporting U.S. Government customers. This team ensures alignment with client requirements, manages resources, monitors progress, and ensures timely delivery of services related to aviation maintenance, weapon systems, satellites, electronics, complex mechanical systems, and information technology. Key roles include coordinating site operations, managing the Mytraining application, and overseeing program-wide initiatives.
