Strategic Wealth Preservation (SWP)
Strategic Wealth Preservation (SWP) is a fully-integrated precious metals dealer and vaulting facility located in the Cayman Islands. We specialize in the acquisition and secure storage of precious metals for individuals, companies, trusts and wealth management professionals on behalf of their clients. We have partnered with major US wholesalers and mints to create a highly liquid two-way market for precious metals trading within our vault. We also hold the distinction of being an approved storage facility for precious metals held within self-directed Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs) for American citizens and are an approved distributor of the Royal Mint of England, Perth Mint of Australia and several LBMA and COMEX approved refineries. SWP provides clients with fully allocated, segregated and insured storage of their precious metals in our Class III UL-rated vault. Clients retain direct and complete legal ownership of their precious metal holdings while they are in our facility. Access to stored assets is available by appointment on 24-hours' notice. SWP is housed within the impressive Cayman Technology Centre (CTC) complex, a purpose-built, energy efficient space that has won awards for its innovation, sustainability, and energy saving design. The CTC's primary energy source is solar power, and for added convenience, there are back up batteries and a generator to provide uninterrupted power to the building in case of severe weather conditions. The CTC is also home to one of the largest and most respected security companies in the Caribbean, The Security Centre Ltd., adding to SWP's own state-of-the-art security system and providing our clients with one of the safest and most flexible storage locations in the world.
