Bill Berl

Mr. Berl is a government relations professional with over 20 years of expertise working national security, space, and international trade initiatives for clients of all sizes, Fortune 100 to innovative startups. He has a proven record of delivering critical, “needle-moving” results that help clients grow and become financially successful.

A retired, third-generation naval officer with operational and HQ experience, Bill served on Capitol Hill as the Legislative Director and National Security Advisor to two members of Congress who served on the Armed Services and Appropriations Committees. Following his tenure in Congress, Bill worked for several leading aerospace & defense companies where he designed and executed winning strategic campaigns that helped clients enter or expand market share.

Bill holds degrees in political science from George Washington University and the University of Illinois; he is also a graduate from the US Naval War College. He augments his lifelong interest in government by serving as a county election officer and volunteering for local candidates.
