Mykole A. Santiago, MBA, has a diverse background in finance and sales within the hospitality industry and financial services. Currently serving as a Financial Representative for The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America® at Strategies for Wealth since January 2021, Mykole previously held leadership positions at New York Marriott Marquis and New York Marriott Downtown, focusing on financial analysis, budgeting, and operational efficiency. Earlier experience includes a role as Assistant Director of Finance & Accounting at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company and various sales positions at Marriott International, where Mykole excelled in managing relationships and driving revenue. Academic credentials include an MBA from Florida International University and a B.B.A. in Finance from Georgia State University, complemented by a study abroad program at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
