We are a community of technologists, dedicated to the purpose of increasing diversity, equity, and inclusion for underrepresented and underserved groups in Enterprise IT. 

Only 28% of software engineering jobs are held by women. Only 5% of IT jobs are held by Black people and only 11% by LGBTQIA+. Traditional bootcamps charge high fees with no guarantee of job placement. Enterprise organizations spend time and money on hiring but often lack retention. There is a war on talent and corporations are being held accountable for hiring more underrepresented groups, but many struggle to attract and retain this talent. 

We solve these problems by empowering and investing in diverse technology talent, in order to increase representation for all people and to create higher performing enterprise organizations. Through ‘Talent Creation as a Service’, we create an end-to-end pipeline of fresh, diverse talent for the industry.

The Talent Strategy Team at Strategio focuses on developing and implementing strategies to attract, develop, and retain diverse talent within the technology sector. Comprised of multiple Talent Strategists, the team works to create inclusive hiring practices, partner with educational institutions and bootcamps, and provide support systems to ensure the success and retention of underrepresented groups in Enterprise IT. Their efforts directly contribute to building a more equitable and high-performing tech industry.
