Chrystal Sisco

Chrystal Sisco has extensive experience in the advertising industry, with a focus on campaign management and ad operations. Chrystal currently holds the position of Vice President of Operations at Strategus, where they are responsible for defining and executing operational strategies and implementing cutting-edge technology for cross-media measurement and attribution. Prior to their current role, Chrystal served as the Director of Ad Operations at Strategus, leading a team responsible for executing complex campaigns in a programmatic auction environment.

Before joining Strategus, Chrystal worked at Effectv for over a decade, holding various roles including Director of Campaign Management, Director of Traffic, Senior Traffic Manager, Traffic Manager, Traffic Supervisor, and Sr Traffic Coordinator. In these roles, they led teams responsible for executing campaigns, ensuring successful delivery on budgets, and providing support to sales and campaign management. Chrystal also played a key role in hiring, coaching, and mentoring team members, as well as implementing new operations management centers.

Throughout their career, Chrystal has demonstrated a strong dedication to customer satisfaction, leadership development, and driving operational efficiencies.

Chrystal Sisco obtained an Executive MBA degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Denver. Chrystal attended the university from 2023 to 2024.
