Joseph Melancon, P.E. is a senior engineering professional with extensive experience in mechanical engineering and consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer and Consultant at Strategy Engineering and Consulting, LLC since January 2023, Joseph previously held positions such as Manager of Mechanical Engineering at EXCEL Midstream Solutions, Inc. from March 2012 to January 2023, and Deputy Director Offshore Facilities at Universal Pegasus International.
