Lauren Glazer, ACC, is a leadership coach and consultant with extensive experience in brand strategy and organizational alignment. Currently, Lauren leads Lauren Glazer Coaching LLC, guiding leaders and teams to achieve their goals, while also serving as an executive coach and brand strategist at Strategy Muse. Additionally, Lauren co-founded MPower to address the impact of menopause in the workplace, partnering with Salima Valji of Unleash Forward. Lauren continues to contribute as a global practitioner at The Exetor Group, enhancing organizational success through the integration of business results and people leadership. Previous roles include Chief Brand Officer at BCW Global, Principal and Chief Engagement Officer at Batten & Co., and senior positions at gyro, BBDO, and Wieden+Kennedy, where Lauren led significant brand campaigns and client relationships. Lauren holds a Bachelor's degree in English and Theater Studies from Yale University.
