Scarlett H.

Scarlett H. is a knowledgeable professional with extensive experience in policy analysis, digital strategy, and international relations. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at StrategyBRIX since September 2025, Scarlett previously held the position of Manager at Protiviti from October 2020 to September 2025. In addition, Scarlett has contributed as a Teaching Assistant at Harvard Extension School and played a significant role as a Contributor to the Stanford-New America DigiChina Project, focusing on China’s digital policy and technology governance. Earlier roles include serving as a Research Assistant at The Brookings Institution, a Policy Aide for the United States Senate, and an intern with various governmental and legal organizations.
