Janet Refior

Janet Refior is an experienced finance and operations professional with a career spanning over three decades in educational institutions. Currently serving as Head of Finance and Operations at Stratford Academy since July 2023, Janet previously held the position of Chief Financial and Operations Officer at Fountain Valley School of Colorado from July 2012 to June 2023. Prior experience includes serving as CFO at Vail Mountain School from 2006 to 2012 and as Business Manager at The Logan School for Creative Learning from 2000 to 2007. Janet's career began at Fountain Valley School of Colorado, where responsibilities included serving as Assistant to the Head of School and Director of Human Resources and Facility Rentals from 1988 to 2000. Janet holds an MBA in Organizational Leadership and a BSBA in Human Resources with an emphasis in Psychology, both from Regis University.
