Pamela Jeffery is an independent management consultant who specializes in inclusion and diversity strategy. She is the founder of the Inclusion and Diversity Strategy Group at KPMG Canada. She has 25 years of experience delivering results in advancing gender diversity in the talent pipeline and at the leadership level. She brings a unique understanding of the challenges and opportunities women and their organizations face in addressing gender and non-gender diversity gaps. Pamela has her MBA and HBA from Ivey Business School at Western University. She is the founder of Women's Executive Network (WXN), Canada's Most Powerful Women: Top 100 Awards, and the Canadian Board Diversity Council (CBDC). She is a subject-matter expert on "Comply or Explain," authoring five OSC and Industry Canada submissions, and also speaking at the OSC. In 2012, Pamela was the only resident Canadian named as a charter member of Fast Company's "League of Extraordinary Women," which recognized 60 women globally, including Hillary Clinton and Melinda Gates. Pamela has served on 24 public and non-profit boards and advisory councils. As Chair of the Top 100 Awards Advisory Board for 14 years, she provided oversight of the process, which assessed the leadership accomplishments of almost 3,000 women, and selected 100 women each year. Beginning in 2008, she advised the federal government on corporate board diversity. She created and implemented a national strategy in collaboration with over 50 companies to increase representation of women, visible minorities, Indigenous peoples, persons with disabilities and LGBTQ community members. Pamela's activities include: Founder - The Prosperity Project and "No Limits" Campaign Cabinet Member - The Hospital for Sick Children. She joined the Stratford Festival's Board in March 2018 and chaired the Human Resources committee in 2019 and 2020. She continues to serve on this committee as well as the Nominating committee. Pamela has also served on the Governance committee.
