Sonia Prasad

Sonia Prasad has extensive experience in the field of education and technology. Sonia started their career in 1993 as a Software Consultant at CITIBANK N.A. in New Delhi, India. Sonia then worked as a Software Consultant at AMERICAN EXPRESS, where they performed data capturing and processing of card applications. In 1997, they joined NETCOM as a Consultant in Quality Assurance.

Prasad's career took a shift in 1997 when they joined AboveNet Communications as a Support Systems Program Manager and later became a Support Systems Project Manager/Remedy Project Manager. In these roles, they coordinated projects with various stakeholders and designed the Remedy ISD Help Desk System and the AboveNet PRIME System.
