Stratford Summer Music
Crystal L. Spicer currently serves as the Executive Director of Stratford Summer Music, overseeing day-to-day operations and financial activities of the festival. Previously, Spicer was the Production Manager for the Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra, where responsibilities included managing production budgets and logistics. Prior roles included Technical Director for the National Arts Centre's English Theatre, with a proven track record of budget management and expenditure oversight. Spicer's experience spans various organizations such as the Royal Winnipeg Ballet, Globe Theatre, and Queen's University, demonstrating extensive expertise in production management, technical direction, and financial administration within the arts sector. Spicer is pursuing a University Certificate in Human Resources and Labour Management at Athabasca University.

Stratford Summer Music, an annual multi-week music festival that presents multiple events featuring 100+ artists, is set in indoor and outdoor venues throughout downtown Stratford, Ontario. With an artistic vision to produce, to the highest standards possible, an annual program of diverse and exciting musical performances by local, provincial, national and international artists and to provide the widest possible range of musical genres on our stages, Stratford Summer Music exposes audiences to a standard of musical excellence difficult to find outside large urban centres.
