Project Management

The Project Management team at Strathclyde Partnership for Transport is responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of transport projects across the region. This team ensures that initiatives, such as upgrades to signalling and telecom systems, as well as process improvements, are delivered on time and within budget, while meeting the strategic goals of enhancing public transport services. They collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including member councils and industry partners, to address regional travel needs and improve the overall transport system.
