Joe Ngo is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in human resources and systems analysis. Currently serving as a Senior HR Systems Analyst at Strathcona County since February 2023, Joe has previously held positions such as HR Business Analyst at the City of Edmonton and HR Oracle Time & Labour Advisor at ATCO Electric. Joe's career spans several organizations, beginning as a Human Resources Assistant at Convergys, with roles evolving to include HR Consultant and HRIS Specialist at EPCOR, among others. Joe holds a degree in Economics from the University of Alberta, complemented by training from the Canadian Payroll Association.
