Corey Brown

Corey Brown began their work experience in 1997 at Chevron, where they held the position of Financial Analyst/Accounts Payable Supervisor. In 2002, they joined Husky Energy, starting as a Team Lead in Frontier Accounting and later becoming a Senior International Accountant. From 2011 to 2016, Corey worked at Husky Energy as the Team Lead for Oil Sands Operations Finance. Since 2016, Corey has been employed at Strathcona Resources Ltd., initially as a Senior Financial Analyst and currently serving as the Team Lead for General Accounting.

Corey Brown has pursued their education in various institutions over the years. Corey completed their high school education at Musgravetown High School from 1986 to 1989. Following that, they attended Memorial University of Newfoundland from 1989 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Management.

Afterward, Corey Brown pursued further education in the field of Accounting and Finance. Corey attended the Certified Professional Accountant program from 1998 to 2000. Additionally, in October 2002, they obtained the CPA certification from the Charterd Professional Accountant institution, further enhancing their professional qualifications.
