Samson Maosa

Samson Maosa is an experienced ICT professional with a diverse background in software development and technology management. Currently serving as Assistant Manager for ICT Enterprise Application Services at Strathmore University since September 2018, Samson has held multiple roles including Systems Developer and Assistant Systems Developer. As a freelance Software Engineer on Upwork since September 2014, Samson specializes in creating software solutions for various clients. Previous positions include Chief Technology Officer at Skika Music Limited, Software Engineer at Obulex Business Solutions LLC, and various development and tutoring roles at InstaEDU and Sensus Systems. Samson began a career in technology with internships at Kenya Broadcasting Corporation and Kenya Ministry of Information and Communication, following a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic and Computer Engineering from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. Additionally, Samson contributed to the Kiswahili Wikipedia while involved with the Wikimedia Foundation from 2009 to 2012.
