Hakeemat Adams

Hakeemat Adams is currently serving as a NGG Trainee at StratHR Solutions Inc., where active participation in discussion activities and simulations is enhancing understanding of employability training. Prior experience includes an Education Officer role at the Lagos State Ministry of Education from July 2010 to December 2023, where coordination of the registration process for over 500 private schools resulted in a 40% reduction in processing times, and management of the Lagos State Spelling Bee competition saved $50,000 in administrative costs for over 300 participants annually. Hakeemat holds a BSc. Ed and M.Ed in Education Business and Guidance and Counselling from the University of Lagos, a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Administration from the National Open University of Nigeria, and is currently pursuing multiple Graduate Certificates in Project Management from Toronto Metropolitan University.
