Amar Pradhan has an extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. In 1992, they started their career at RPG Enterprises, where they held various roles until 1997. Amar then joined Credit Suisse First Boston as an Associate in Healthcare Investment Banking and worked there until 2001.
From 2001 to 2006, Amar worked at Houlihan Lokey Howard and Zukin as a Vice President, responsible for managing client selection and executing M&A and private placement transactions in healthcare.
In 2006, they became an Independent Consultant and focused on originating healthcare investments and providing transaction support for US-based venture capital firms and healthcare companies looking to enter the Indian markets.
In 2012 Amar Pradhan founded Prime Surgical Centers, a pan-India surgical hospital company. Amar conceptualized and developed a business plan, raised capital, and established a 20-bed surgical hospital from scratch. As Founder & CEO, they led the day-to-day management and reported to the investor-board.
In 2022, Amar joined Strathspey Crown Holdings LLC as the Sr. Vice President of Business Development. Amar was responsible for driving business growth and development strategies.
Also in 2022, Amar Pradhan became the Chief Financial Officer at AccessElite, where they oversee financial operations and contributes to the company's overall success.
Amar Pradhan obtained their BE degree in Electrical Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology, which they attended from 1988 to 1992. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance, General at the University of Rochester - Simon Business School, from 1997 to 1999.
