Andy Schwartz

Andy Schwartz is a seasoned ophthalmologist with extensive experience in refractive surgery and comprehensive ophthalmology. Currently serving as the Director of Refractive Surgery at Fifth Avenue Eye Associates since August 2006, Andy also owns the Manhattan Surgery Center, which specializes in ophthalmic and multi-specialty ambulatory surgeries. As a Principal at Strathspey Crown LLC since June 2015, Andy focuses on developing innovative healthcare technologies. Additionally, Andy has held roles as a Clinical Instructor in Ophthalmology at Mount Sinai Medical Center and as an Attending Physician at Elmhurst Medical Center, where Andy teaches cataract surgery and ocular trauma. With a background in refractive surgery at Sharpest Vision, Andy holds an MD from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and a BS in Clinical Psychology from Tufts University.
