Mattias Rantalainen

Mattias Rantalainen is an Associate Professor at Karolinska Institutet where Mattias has been working since September 2013. Mattias also holds the position of Co-founder & CTO at Stratipath Medical since January 2020. Prior to their current roles, Mattias worked as a Research Fellow at the University of Oxford from August 2009 to August 2013, focusing on Genomic epidemiology, robust statistical models, graphical models, and predictive pattern recognition. Mattias completed their PhD at Imperial College London in 2007 and their MSc in Biological Engineering at Umeå University in 2003.
