Richard Horvath is a Senior Java Architect at Stratis since April 2017, where responsibilities include project architecture, development, team leadership, and mentoring junior developers, with a focus on Machine Learning using the DL4J framework. Prior to Stratis, Richard served as a Senior Associate at MSCI Inc. and a Senior Developer at GSH (KBC group), contributing to an eBank project. Richard's experience also includes leadership roles at Appello LTD, where responsibilities involved researching new backend technologies and implementing processes for development teams, as well as significant development work on the AM2 Bank system with a team of ten developers. Previous roles include Lead Developer at HTS Group Budapest, where new technologies were explored, Developer positions at Pontrendszerház LTD and eWorldCom Ltd., including work on a Virtual Call Center.
