Between September 2016 and September 2019, Adam worked at Cartwright James, initially as Head of Medical and earlier as a Senior Consultant and Consultant in the Technical and Operational side of the Medical Device market. Adam began a career in recruitment after earning a Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Lincoln in 2015.
