Ian Noble

Ian Noble serves as the Head of Finance at Strativ Group since May 2021, leading finance operations for a rapidly growing international recruitment business. Prior to this role, Ian held the position of Management Accountant at K Rouse Civil Engineers Limited from May 2019 to April 2021, where responsibilities included ensuring statutory compliance and providing timely information to stakeholders. Earlier experience includes working as an Accountant at Moulds & Co Ltd, focusing on compliance for small and medium-sized businesses, and as an Audit Junior at RSM Bentley Jennison as part of a graduate trainee scheme. Ian Noble earned a BA (Hons) in Accounting & Finance from Newcastle University and is currently pursuing ACCA qualifications through Kaplan Financial.
