Brian Cunkelman

Brian Cunkelman has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Brian most recently served as the President of Strato, Inc. since February 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President at the same company from May 2019 to February 2021.

Before their time at Strato, Inc., Brian held the role of President & Chief Executive Officer at Whitworth Tool Inc, a precision metal components manufacturer, from July 2016 to November 2018. Brian also served as the Vice President, Medical at TE Connectivity from July 2013 to January 2016.

Brian has had a significant tenure with Gardner Denver, where they served in multiple leadership roles. Brian was the President, Industrial Products Group from 2012 to 2013 and Vice President & General Manager at EMCO WHEATON - a Division of Gardner Denver Inc. from November 2011 to April 2012. Brian also held the position of Vice President, Americas, Industrial Products Group at Gardner Denver from April 2010 to November 2011.

Previously, Brian worked at Dell Perot Systems as the CEO of eServ from March 2009 to April 2010, and at Wabtec Corporation as the Vice President & General Manager, Global Services from 2003 to 2009.

Their career began at Wabtec, where they served as the Business Manager, Locomotive Products from 1991 to 2001, and later as the Manufacturing Manager at Caldon from 2001 to 2003. Throughout their various roles, Brian has demonstrated leadership and expertise in P&L management, operations, and business growth strategies in diverse industries.

Brian Cunkelman began their education in 1987 at Brown University, where they pursued a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Brian completed their studies in 1991 and earned a Sc.B. degree. In 1991, Brian decided to continue their educational journey at the University of Pittsburgh, where they engaged in graduate studies in Mechanical Engineering. It is not specified if they obtained a degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
