Kim Orozco has a diverse work experience spanning across different industries and roles. Kim began their career as an Assistant Bookkeeper at Ray Auer Buick in 1985. Kim then worked as an IT Support specialist at Office Management Solutions from 1987 to 1990. Following that, they worked as an Actuarial Assistant at Unum Corporation in 1990 and as IT Support at One Computer Corporation from 1991 to 1997. In 1994, Kim joined Avon as a Sales Representative and achieved membership in the President's Club. From 1997 to 2014, they worked at Strato, Inc., initially as a CRM Coordinator and Market Analyst, analyzing sales data and designing marketing analysis reports. Kim later became the Manager of Marketing Services and was responsible for various marketing activities and data analysis using SQL and Excel. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Marketing and Customer Services at Strato, Inc.
Kim Orozco attended Raritan Valley Community College from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained an Associates degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems. From 2009 to 2012, they furthered their education at Rider University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration, specializing in Computer Information Systems. In 2018, Kim Orozco briefly attended Kellogg Executive Education to study Business Marketing Strategy.
