Kathryn Louttit is currently the Chief Compliance Officer and Legal Counsel at Stratos Wealth Partners. Prior to their current position, they worked as the Corporate Counsel at CBIZ, Inc. from 2012 to 2021. Kathryn also served as the Managing Director at Hardin Compliance Consulting, LLC from 2011 to 2012 and as the Director, Closing and Compliance at KeyBank Real Estate Capital from 2007 to 2010. Before that, they were the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at The InvestLinc Group from 2005 to 2007 and the Assistant General Counsel at CBIZ, Inc. from 2004 to 2005. Kathryn started their career as the Vice President and Senior Counsel at KeyBank National Association from 1996 to 2004.
Kathryn Louttit received their B.S. in Education from Miami University in 1986. Kathryn then pursued an M.A. in Education at Governors State University, completing it in 1990. Kathryn furthered their education by obtaining a J.D. from The University of Toledo College of Law in 1994.
