Daniella Hedlund

Daniella Hedlund's work experience begins in 2009 when they worked as a Cashier & Baker at Willys. In 2012, they became an IT Support Consultant at Dfind IT, where they managed authorizations in SAP and provided training to colleagues in Copenhagen. Starting in 2013, they worked at Västra Götalandsregionen, initially as an IT Support Technician and later as a UX Designer & Developer. Their role involved improving the user experience of the IT Service Portal for the organization's 55,000 employees. In 2018, they completed a Bachelor Thesis at inUse, and in 2020, they completed a Master Thesis at Uptive. Most recently, in 2022, they joined the company Stratsys as a UX Designer.

Daniella Hedlund began their education in 2009 at Alströmergymnasiet, where they pursued a Gymnasieexamen with a focus on Teknik med inriktning design. Daniella completed their degree in 2012. Later, in 2015, Daniella enrolled at Chalmers University of Technology and earned their Bachelor's degree in Design and product development in 2018. Following their undergraduate studies, they continued their education at Chalmers University of Technology from 2018 to 2020, where they obtained a Master of Science - MS degree in Interaction Design & Technologies. In 2017, Daniella also participated in an exchange program at Edinburgh Napier University in Scotland.
