Josefine Tapper has a diverse work experience in various industries. Josefine started their career as a Butiksarbetare at ICA Gruppen from 2010 to 2016, where they primarily worked as a cashier and developed excellent customer service and communication skills.

In 2015, they served as Ordförande in the studiesociala utskottet at FLiNS, responsible for planning and organizing events for students at Linköpings Universitet. Josefine'srole involved providing information, maintaining relationships with partners and students, and providing support to the rest of the committee.

Josefine joined Stratsys in 2019, starting as a Simplicity Consultant responsible for project management, workshop facilitation, counseling, education, and developing customers' digital platforms. Josefine then progressed to the role of Project Manager, helping clients in both the private and public sectors with digitalization and process improvement in strategic management, GRC, and quality management. Later on, they became a Senior Project Manager, leading complex IT-consultancy projects focused on GRC, strategic management, and change management, with the aim of improving and digitizing workflow processes for both public and private sector clients.

Throughout their career, Josefine has showcased their expertise in project management, customer satisfaction, process improvement, and strategic planning.

Josefine Tapper's education history is as follows:

From 2017 to 2019, they attended Linköping University where they earned a Master's degree in Nationalekonomi (Economics).

From 2014 to 2017, they also attended Linköping University and completed a Politices Kandidatprogram (Bachelor's degree) in Nationalekonomi (Economics).
