Fred Kosloske

Fred Kosloske has extensive experience in the engineering and sales fields, spanning from 1986 to the present. Fred began their career as an Engineering Product Designer at Rexnord in 1986 before transitioning to various roles at STRATTEC Security Corporation. These roles include Supervisor, Specialist, and various management positions, culminating in their current role as Director of Aftermarket Sales. Throughout their career, Fred has demonstrated expertise in sales forecasting, sales training, budgeting, advertising, and leadership in the industrial and service product sales and marketing sectors.

Fred Kosloske completed an Associate of Science in Mechanical Engineering at Milwaukee Area Technical College from 1990 to 1992. Fred then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration & Industrial Management from Milwaukee School of Engineering from 1992 to 1996. Additionally, Fred obtained certificates in Project Management from Milwaukee School of Engineering, Sales Management from University of Wisconsin-Madison, and PM Planning Scheduling & Control from University of Wisconsin-Madison.
