Andrea Garr, MSN, RN, CEN, is the Vice President of Clinical Support Services for the Empath Health Hospice Division. She oversees the Crisis Care team, Evening/Weekend and Triage team, PRN department, Supplemental and Complementary Therapies and the Integrative Medicine and Palliative Arts program. Andrea joined Empath Health in 2020 and most recently served as the Regional Program Director for Suncoast Hospice, a member of Empath Health, and as Emergency Management co-chair. Andrea has worked in healthcare for the past 28 years. Previously Andrea served in nurse leadership roles in hospitals in Kentucky and Florida. Andrea earned her Master of Science in Nursing Leadership from Indiana Wesleyan University.
