Barbara Sidtis RN has extensive experience in healthcare, currently serving as an RN Nurse Compliance Specialist at Tidewell Health Systems Inc. since January 2007, where Barbara develops audits that align with regulatory requirements and corporate policy. Barbara has a strong background in bioethics, participating as a member of the Bioethics Committee and leading discussions on critical topics such as nursing home placement and hospice care perceptions. Additionally, Barbara has served as the QAPI Coordinator, focusing on quality improvement initiatives and data management. From October 2007 to December 2013, Barbara held the roles of Vice President and Secretary with the Florida West Shores Chapter HPNA.
