Sue Zawacki, MSN, RN, is the Vice President of Home Teams for Tidewell Hospice, a member of Empath Health. Sue leads the service line that includes six home teams in a four-county service area and is responsible for ensuring quality care for the home team patients and partners with leaders within the organization on regulatory compliance and change management initiatives. She also oversees Wound Care, Advanced Cardiac Care, Partners in Care, and Spiritual Care programs. Sue joined Tidewell Hospice in 2007 as the Clinical Director for the Venice Home Team and became the Vice President for the Home Teams in 2008. She worked for Hope Hospice previously and was a director of nursing in a skilled nursing facility. Sue has a Master of Science Degree in Nursing with a concentration in Nurse Executive from the University of West Florida and a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Southern Massachusetts University.
