Karina Jenkins has extensive work experience in the field of geology, with a focus on reservoir evaluation. Karina has worked at multiple companies, starting with PDVSA Petroleos de Venezuela S.A. in 2007, where they served as a Reservoir Geologist. In this role, Karina was responsible for the evaluation, modeling, and data integration of clastic and carbonate reservoirs. Karina also provided support in drilling operations through geological evaluation and well log correlation. After working at PDVSA for two years, Karina joined Weatherford Laboratories, Inc in 2009 as a Geologist. During their tenure at Weatherford, they conducted clastic and carbonate reservoir evaluation, including sedimentological core description, stratigraphic interpretation, petrographic analyses, and drilling/completion recommendations. Karina worked on a variety of domestic and international projects, including reservoir evaluation in the Permian Basin, Gulf of Mexico, Brazilian Campos Basin, Argentinian San Jorge Basin, and Western and Eastern Venezuelan Basins.
