Meredith Brynne Krimmel

Meredith Brynne Krimmel has extensive work experience as a legal professional. Meredith Brynne currently works as an Assistant General Counsel at Stratum Reservoir since June 2020. Prior to that, they served as an Associate General Counsel at Mears Group, Inc., a Quanta Services Company from November 2018 to April 2020, providing legal counsel to several operating units. Meredith Brynne also worked as a Corporate Attorney at Parker Drilling Company from May 2017 to October 2018, and as a Contract Attorney at NCI Building Systems, Inc. from June 2015 to March 2017. Before that, they held the position of Attorney at a contract attorney firm from October 2014 to May 2015. Earlier in their career, they worked at Oil States International, Inc. as an Associate Counsel from August 2009 to August 2014, where they advised senior management and led acquisition efforts. Meredith Brynne also served as a Law Clerk at the same company from May 2008 to August 2009.

Meredith Brynne Krimmel has a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Texas at Austin, which they completed in 2006. Their degree combines studies in Sociology, Spanish, and a Business Minor. Following their undergraduate studies, Meredith went on to the University of Houston Law Center to pursue a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in Law, which they completed in 2009.
