Phat Hoang

Phat Hoang has extensive work experience in the financial and consulting sectors. Phat worked at Stratum Reservoir as a Financial Systems Manager starting in 2019. Prior to that, Phat was a SAP Consultant at Horn Solutions, Inc. for a brief period in 2019. Phat also served as a Senior Consultant at Analysis Prime Inc. in 2019.

From 2015 to 2018, Phat worked as a Financial Systems Manager at Paragon Offshore. Before that, they held the role of Accounting Manager at Prospector Offshore Drilling S.A. from 2013 to 2015.

Earlier in their career, Phat had consultant roles at LyondellBasell from 2012 to 2013, Seahawk Drilling from 2010 to 2012, Premium Drilling, Inc from 2006 to 2009, and Scorpion Offshore from 2005 to 2009. Phat also served as the Financial Director at Noble Drilling - Brazil Division from 2000 to 2003.

Phat Hoang attended the University of Houston from 1990 to 1995. During this time, they studied Accounting at the university's C.T. Bauer College of Business and obtained a Bachelor's degree.
